I have eaten cake that can last me until the holiday season today.
And drank Coke that can last me the whole month.
Im not kidding!
My diet is ruined and Im struggling with the skinny jeans I have posted before.
Plus all the insomnia attacks are helping me put on weight fast.
Boo.
1. Get sick.
2. Puke every hour to the dot.
3. Have that bitter taste in your mouth that no amount of mouthwash can wash down.
4. Drink water. Puke aftewards.
5. Get sick.
Im almost sure that the 15lbs will creep back in no time. In the meantime Im relishing the experience of having a slimmer face
If I can keep it down, Im only 30lbs down to go until my target weight for December. Awesome isnt it?
God give me more determination. I might just get my wishlist of home theater sconces by Christmas!

Weight Loss: 4lbs
I really wasn’t able to meet the lifestyle and exercise challenges this week (last week actually) because I got sick. So sick. I think I owe the 4lb loss to the sickness.
So thank you for letting me get sick?!?! Hahaha.
Not really.
But it allowed me to really rest. As Ive also been offline most of the week of last week, which is such a rare occurrence.
So, to those who were looking for me — nope, didnt book an impromptu vacation (how I wish Id gone on those spur of the moment Vegas vacations though). I went into a rest and wellness vacation
