Salmon and Its Benefits

I have been trying to eat more fish but I admit I am getting tired of eating milkfish all the time. A friend advised me that eating salmon often is bad too because of its mercury content but I have not verified this. I can still eat this though, from time to time. I just need to stop when I get pregnant, which is far from happening.
