I'm a food enthusiast. I love food. What you will read here are not the newest restaurants or the latest food trends. What you will find here are foods, recipes that I like, happen to eat, happen to love and would like to write about.

A self-confessed sweet tooth (choco-holic, Coke Addict and emotional eater), I'm trying to make healthier choices when it comes to eating, hence the name Salad Caper.

Industrial Settings

I was trying to keep myself awake last night while wrapping gifts so I turned on the TV hoping it will help me stay awake. Unfortunately, the feature on TV was all about band saw blades and factories and everything I am not interested in so I got more sleepy. Fortunately, my espresso cup from Starbucks helped me and I was able to finish everything!
