If you are currently on a diet, be sure you take vitamins for weight loss. Dietary requirements are not always met when one is eating daily, moreso when one is on a diet. You would need the essential vitamins and minerals for your body to function efficiently. Remember you need energy and stamina to be able to exercise well. And getting sick can help you lose weight faster, but it will just bounce back as soon as you get better.
