Easy Dinner Ideas
When I had no maid for almost close to two years, one of the things I really had struggles with was coming up with recipes that the kids will eat and are not that hard to cook. I am the type of person whose idea of cooking is just tossing everything into a pot and waiting for it to cook. Easy Dinner Ideas are always on top of my list whenever I go online to search for recipes. I always try to make an effort not to cook the same kind of food within a week as my kids and husband get tired of it immediately. But my choices are always limited to chicken and fish because we avoid pork as it is expensive and is bad for our health, in the long run. Beef is out of the question too because it can be ridiculously expensive and takes a long to cook and soften as well.
My friend got me a nice crockpot last Thanksgiving and I have yet to try it out. I heard crockpot dinners are so easy to cook (You just toss everything in and wait for it to cook – it’s slow cooking) but I still need to get a transformer so I can use it (It’s 110V).
Since I am on a diet, I have been eating veggies on pita bread with little chicken fillet cooked in virgin oil too. I don’t know if it will work as I tend to eat a lot still and I use cream cheese as a dressing!
I got these ideas online, I hope it will help you too in planning your menu!
