The South Beach Diet
Three friends of mine swear by the South Beach Diet. They have all tried it (ordered meals through a company) and was able to lose as much as 14 lbs. in two weeks. The first week was like hell for them though, they were honest about that because there were no bad carbs and sweets/sugar so they were really cranky. But it helps you detoxify from sugar as well so after the first phase you won’t nearly crave as much anymore. I really want to to try it – especially now that I already have help in the house (and someone can exert effort in cooking meals!).
