Value of Homes
Ever since typhoon Ondoy I have been thinking if mobile homes needs to be implemented in flood-prone areas in the city. I know these homes are used by most cities that hurricanes frequently pass through in the US. Not only are they easier to build and cheaper, you can take them anywhere too – since they are manufactured in a factory.
I am really paranoid now on where to invest on a house lot because it seems every place in the city can now get flooded.
