Cooking Demos at Culinary Classes
I have been thinking a lot lately – I have been trying to educate myself again, self-learn things, try out new things. I am at the point in my life where I crave to be better than what I am currently. I so want to study ANYTHING, really but I really cannot afford to go out of the house because I still have no maid I can trust and leave my kid with.
You might even be surprised that I even thought of taking up culinary classes! Yes, me who hates to cook and would avoid it and eat take-out everyday if she can just afford it. I just realized I need to feed my kids better food and I want them to appreciate eating and my cooking. I do not want them to be able to appreciate some other’s cooking more.
A friend just took up culinary and baking classes and she said it is very much like regular school but they have more practical demonstrations and one-on-one. They also have major presentations when they would cooking a full-course meal and present how they cooked it. A Fabric Bulletin Board is something they have discovered that is portable and easy to assemble. It would not also require hammering on walls because velcro tapes are just what you need!
