Early Christmas Shopping
Can you believe we are in the last few weeks of July already and before you know it August is here? Christmas shopping usually starts in the –ber months but since I plan to buy gifts for the kids overseas I need to make sure I finish shopping by first week of September so that I can receive it by November.
I promised myself I will not get toys for the kids anymore as they have a lot and they usually get bored with them in a matter of months. I would rather give them clothes, shoes and books. However, knowing how much I cannot resist what my kids want, I would probably get them a toy or two.
I am leaning towards these learning toys from MEGA toys. My daughter is crazy about Dora the Explorer and her cousin Diego lately.
My eldest would probably get a PSP though – he is at the stage where toys bore him. It is all about gadgets and the computer for him too. However, he is really an artist. When anime cartoons weren’t there to distract him during his free time, he would draw on every paper he can get his hands on. I would get him art supplies probably to keep him motivated.
