How To Eat Healthy for the Baby

It only seems like yesterday when I was pregnant with my youngest. She is three years old and I still have all the weight I gained when I was bearing her. I lost it all when I breastfed her for almost a year but lack of control with eating made it all go back within six months of stopping.

Have I know how eating for two and that you can eat anything you want can affect my pregnancy, and most importantly, my body after delivering, I would have been more conscious. I was stick reed before having babies and now you wouldn’t even believe how I looked like before.

Let’s stay clear of all the myths. Pregnancy week by week developments can be read at Gurgle.co.uk. It says there that a woman, with my large built, can gain anywhere between 15-35 pounds. That  is roughly around 3 to 4 pounds a month only. I think I gained around 7-8 per month after the first trimester! The site is very informative, it is the fastest growing pregnancy and parenting resource and you can search anything about pregnancy, childbirth and delivery, baby names and postpartum depression there.

Just take my word of advice: Don’t eat for two, as the baby can eat for himself once he gets out of your tummy!
