Skin Care
The skin is the largest organ of the body and oftentimes, the most abused and misused. There are a lot of people who could not care less of their skin and when they age, it comes back with a vengeance.
I am two short years away from turning 30. I have neglected skin care for the past five years. I never even took precaution when going out under the sun. Now, I see crow’s feet, dark spots and wrinkles. So I’m doing “damage control” as they say. It also helped that I have renewed my love for make-up and cosmetics products. Remember the post I made about the best foods for our skin? I’m taking that to heart too.
And if you want to know the damage control I’m doing:
1. Stay out the sun. And if do (can’t control it), one word: SUNBLOCK. SPF60. With the sun’s damaging rays, SPF15 is not enough anymore.
2. Moisturize. Can’t say that enough for women 25 years old and above.
3. Vitamin E. Or vitamins in general.
4. Don’t smoke. Less caffeine.

And most of all, smile more often and keep away from stress. RUN AWAY FROM STRESS
