Staying Healthy while Pregnant
Most of my mommy friends have plans to have another baby next year. As early as now, they are planning already and taking measures to make sure that their body is at the peak of it health by exercising, eating healthily and taking pre-natal vitamins. It is never too late to get back into shape especially now that we are not so young anymore.
A foolproof way to make sure going back to pre-pregnancy weight faster after delivering the baby is to make sure you are fit and healthy even before becoming pregnant! And that’s what my friends are doing.
I’m sure most of them will get excited when and if ever they get pregnant. A new baby is always a blessing, no matter the circumstances or whether or not it is planned. I remember being so excited about both my pregnancies that I tend to look over all their stuff more than once. I’d lay them all in my bed and just look at them one by one.
Baby stuff is so cute. Baby Beddings too! I remember I wanted to get at least five pairs of baby bedding sets – from quilts to cases to window valances – but we didn’t have a room specifically for the baby. I only choose stuff that is 100% cotton because my babies have sensitive skin.












Really enjoyed reading this post. I’m getting a lot of good ideas on how to design my baby girl’s room from your site. I’m leaning towards buying a pink and brown baby bedding crib set.
