Eating at the Highlands

We trooped to Tagaytay Highlands last Saturday, May 16, for a summer getaway for the mommy bloggers and our families.

We had lunch by at the outdoor pool at the clubhouse. And I was really impressed with their food. Too bad I wasn’t able to sample everything.

Here is what we had:

TH-TE

Thai Spring Rolls
Sinuglaw
Mixed Tagaytay Greens with Condiments & Dressing
Sinigang na Hipon
Crispy Chicken
Grilled Fish Fillet Florentine with Spinach Cream Sauce
Roast Pork with Mustard Sauce
Penne Pasta Putanesca
Garlic Fried Rice
DESSERTS: Assorted French Pastries
Fruit Flan
Tropical Fresh Fruits

TH-TE (7)

TH-TE (8)

TH-TE (9)

All photos grabbed from Thea.

I will blog about my favorites – the assorted French pastries, the fruit plan and the Sinuglaw in the succeeding posts.
