Fast Food Orders with the highest amount of calories.
Read this list and see for yourself. I noted down the food that I eat on a regular basis. No wonder I’m obese as it is.
Of the 39 items, 10 are my all-time favorites; 3 are part of my regular day-to-day diet. This means a total and very, very painful lifestyle overhaul, people.
How I wish I just shoved the red pill up AOL’s ***.
1. Starbucks Grande Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha with whip
Calories: 540
Fat: 19 g
Sodium: 240 mg
2. Burger King Steakhouse Burger
Calories: 950
Fat: 59 g
Sodium: 1950 mg
AOL advice: This new BK burger packs half the calories and nearly all of sodium and fat you should have in one day. If you eat it, don’t even think about ordering a side of fries. A small order would tack on an extra 340 calories, 17 fat grams and 590 mg of sodium.
3. Quiznos Prime Rib Cheesesteak
Calories: 670
Fat: 41g
Sodium: 1085 mg
AOL advice: Skip the dressing on this sub. At 17 grams, it has more fat than the sandwich itself. Also, this is just the small. The large contains a hefty 92 fat grams, 1490 calories and 2620 mg of sodium. Don’t even think of ordering it!
4. Taco Bell Grilled Stuft Burrito (Beef)
Calories: 680
Fat: 30 g
Sodium: 2120 mg
AOL advice: Switching from beef to chicken will trim 7 fat grams and 40 calories. But you’re better off ordering something like the Zesty Chicken Border Bowl, without dressing, which contains 350 calories and 8 grams of fat, for what amounts to a larger portion.
5. Wendy’s Bacon and Cheese Baked Potato, with all the toppings
Calories: 550
Fat: 22 g
Sodium: 1080 mg
AOL advice: Sure, the Bacon and Cheese Baked Potato is certainly not the most outrageous fast-food item you could order, but do you really want to get one third of your daily fat allowance from a side dish?
*And I thought I was eating healthily whenever I’d order this!
6. McDonald’s Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese
Calories: 740
Fat: 42 g
Sodium: 1380
AOL advice: The additional cheese means packing 100 more calories and seven more fat grams to an already fatty sandwich.
7. McDonald’s Deluxe Breakfast, with Large Biscuit, without Syrup and Margarine
Calories: 1150
Fat: 60 g
Sodium: 2260 mg
AOL advice: Without any toppings this breakfast will almost max out the recommended amount of fat and sodium in your daily diet. Layering on just one serving, or 1 tablespoon of butter, will add about 100 calories and 11 fat grams — setting you over the healthy limit for fat. And if you want syrup, too, one serving could mean an additional 200 calories, sending your already high-cal breakfast up to 1440 calories.

sa sobrang gutom ko kaya ko kainin lahat yan ngayon! what’s the point kung tatanggalin un dressing LOL. gawd ang sarap ng cheesesteak. yum!
