I remember watching a very good Disney movie entitled Ratatouille. It is a story of a rat who wanted to cook. And while I can never imagine eating something that was prepared by a rat no matter hygienic it is, the story was really well-thought of and very funny.
I actually got to know that in a fine dining restaurant, there are many chefs – there is the commis, pastry chef, saucier, executive chef, garde manager, personal chef. I am sure that chefs these days do not have a hard time getting a job these days because people, despite the hard times, have discovered the joys of fine dining.
