Korean Beef Stew
I finally can blog about this.
I cooked two weeks ago from a recipe! I stumbled upon this on Jane’s blog wherein she said her husband raved about it and she claims it is so easy to cook so I copied the recipe into this blog hoping I’d have the energy to cook it someday. Kathy then decided to give it a try and one weekend I decided to play with it. We have some pork around and I decided to use it.
Here is what it looked like:
The onion leaves should be finely chopped but since I’m not that good with chopping (and cooking in general I should add), it looked like that.
BUT Edil loved it! It was a success I’m so happy! He even was the one who told me to take a picture of him while he was eating.
He’d be needing Anoretix with how much he ate during that meal. So I decided to cook every weekend from now on. I haven’t cooked since then since the weekends after that we were always out of the house. But yeah, at least the category of “Aggie’s Cooking” in this blog is filling up
