Work. Work? – Employee Satisfaction Survey
I have been thinking a lot lately – and with pending life changes by January next year (good ones), I might have a chance to go back to work, this time as a nurse (finally). Im still praying over it (We still need one major component to make things work – a trustworthy maid.)
I received an email from my previous company’s Human Resources Department saying I still havent been able to complete their Employee Satisfaction Survey which is part of my exit clearance. I want to have it done before next week so if ever I can work next year, getting a clearance from them will be a breeze. I like their survey as well.
It is based on Inquisite’s Employee Performance Management (EPM) system which from what I gather provides real-time feedback. I heard they have used it on current employees as well. With this software, they can evaluate goals real time and retain its workforce better.
