I'm a food enthusiast. I love food. What you will read here are not the newest restaurants or the latest food trends. What you will find here are foods, recipes that I like, happen to eat, happen to love and would like to write about.

A self-confessed sweet tooth (choco-holic, Coke Addict and emotional eater), I'm trying to make healthier choices when it comes to eating, hence the name Salad Caper.

Dad’s Birthday Foodfest

I have never tasted such delish Chicken Chinese Salad in my whole life.

We had:
Callos, Kofta (I love these), Pasta, Beef Stir Fry Noodles, Chicken Chinese Salad and gelatin for desert.

And I never got to take a picture of all the superb food.
