I am firm believer that if you want to dine out, then you really have to dine out. And I only say that because the food court here in Boston doesnt have the vareity of choices food courts in Manila have. Mostly here are "americanized" chinese food that are often sweet or fried rice with soy sauce. In Manila, I like those places that sell pinoy food, only because I can hace various dishes in one plate. Then mura. I also like sizzling plates and bangusan before. I would like to share with you SAGRES though. Sagres was something we found from Cooking with Emeril. From that time we have been back 6 times already, we are very familiar with their menu and even requests for a particular server who clearly remembered us from our first visit.
