A self-confessed sweet tooth (choco-holic, Coke Addict and emotional eater), I'm trying to make healthier choices when it comes to eating, hence the name Salad Caper.

I know a very expensive dentist trip lies ahead for us when his teeth gets all permanent. His dentist has already given us a warning to save for it. His teeth needs a lot of work to get straightened up. Fortunately, all his permanent ones have no cavities yet so it’s all good – we just need braces and many many trips to the dentist soon
